1. Review floor plans, prices and key information including deposit structure, estimates for First Tentative Occupancy Date, Interior Finishing, and additional options. 

2. Select your top two floorplan choices along with your Interior Finish (Tier, Color, Style) 

3. Use our online scheduling system to book your Virtual Sales Meeting (Zoom meeting). Please, proceed with booking only if you are ready to make a purchase.

4. Please, submit the following prior to your Virtual Sales Meeting to sales@deerviewheights.com

   1. Purchaser Worksheet

   2. Government Issued ID

   3. Copy of mortgage pre-approval
